The Nick Diaz NSAC hearing is a prime example of a regulatory body abusing power. It’s mind boggling as to why the Nevada Athletic Commission singled out Nick Diaz for smoking a plant that is legal in some states and is not considered a Performance-enhancing drug in anyway, yet they give a slap on the wrist to fighters that have been tested positive for steroids and/or cocaine. This Draconian law needs to be stopped and the people can help Nick Diaz do this by signing the petition.
